“Life Begins at the end of your comfort zone”
Neale Donald Walsh
How do you learn? How can you start to know and understand things you didn’t even know exist? And why would you? Why would you leave the area of our specialisation and experience, the area you are succesful in and feel comfortable with?
And even in your area of expertise, would you be willing to accept that you don’t know it all, that you might need to develop to a higher level of knowledge, of expertise? Whom would you allow to tell you this?
And how would your team members answer these questions?
